Alternative Dispute Resolution
Dear customer,
bybebé (Sublinhar, Lda) has joined the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of the District of Coimbra for the regulation, through Voluntary Arbitration (Law No. 63/2011, of December 14), of any current and future consumer disputes arising from the supply of goods or services to a consumer, carried out in its establishments, agencies, or branches, and whose value does not exceed €5,000.00.
What is alternative dispute resolution?
Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers (commonly referred to as ADR) provides accessible, swift, and simple justice, at no or low cost to consumers. Alternative Dispute Resolution (commonly referred to as ADR) covers mediation, conciliation, and arbitration. Independent entities, with specialized and impartial staff, help consumers and companies reach an amicable solution through mediation or conciliation. Alternative dispute resolution is generally less expensive, less formal, and faster than going to court.
