Since safety is a priority for bybebê, we will publish notices here:

- when manufacturers consider or have reason to believe that a product they have marketed does not comply with applicable EU harmonization legislation;

- when market surveillance authorities determine that a product does not meet safety requirements;

- when there are sufficient grounds to believe that a product poses a risk to the health or safety of persons or to other aspects of the protection of the public interest.



In these cases, we will communicate on this page the corrective measures necessary to ensure the product's compliance and, if appropriate, carry out its withdrawal or recall. The corrective measures will depend on the risk or non-compliance and will therefore comply with the principle of proportionality.
