1. The website www.bybebe.pt is registered under the Rules for the Registration of .PT Domain Names and is owned by the company Sublinhar, Lda (hereinafter referred to as “bybebé”), with headquarters at Rua Brotero, 28, in Coimbra, registered at the Coimbra Commercial Registry Office under the single registration and legal entity number 508.225.531, which is also the Tax Identification Number, with a share capital of €66,000.00.

1. These Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale apply to visitors to the website www.bybebe.pt and to any commercial transactions carried out through the bybebé online store available on the same website.
2. Browsing the website, as well as purchasing any product from bybebé online, implies acceptance of these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale by the User and the Customer. If you do not agree with them in their entirety, we recommend that you do not continue to use the website.
3. Access to the website can be divided into three types: User, Registered User, and Customer. A User is defined as any visitor to the website who browses it without registering. A Registered User is defined as any user visiting the website who has completed the creation of a bybebé account. A Customer is any registered user who purchases a product from the online store.
4. bybebé reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website www.bybebe.pt and/or communicated to all Registered Users via email.
1. The content of the bybebé website, including trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials, is the property of bybebé, unless otherwise indicated by a reference to its source, and is protected under the general terms of law and by national and international intellectual property protection legislation. Except to allow online reading and strictly personal use, it is not permitted to display, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of bybebé or the respective sources.
2. All external content (logos, names, or information) present in the online store has been authorized and provided by its owners, and bybebé is authorized to use it. This content may not be replicated, distributed, altered, or used by third parties for any purpose.
3. All information about products, specifications, prices, promotions, and, in general, the content of the website may be changed at any time, without prior notice, within the legal norms.
4. Despite our best efforts to provide reliable content, some of the information on this website may not be entirely accurate due to changes made to products since publication, typographical errors, or simple oversights. All our offers are non-binding and subject to price changes, product modifications, and text errors. Illustrations, colors, descriptions, indications regarding dimensions, and other characteristics are included for informational purposes only and are not binding. The User assumes all risks resulting from the use of the information accessed on this website and is solely and exclusively responsible for all decisions made based on it.
5. The photographs, videos, and all graphic content on the website are merely illustrative and may include additional products that are not part of the product you are purchasing. Therefore, bybebé recommends that you consult the product details in order to obtain complete information about its characteristics and what is included in your purchase. The packaging of the products purchased may also differ from that shown in the images available on our website, both in design and color, but the same quality and integrity of the product content is ensured. If you have any questions about any product attribute, you should request clarification from bybebé before placing your order.
6. If the information provided on the bybebé website does not correspond to the actual product specifications, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
7. We do not assume any guarantees and/or responsibilities regarding other websites accessed through the bybebé website. Access to these websites is provided for convenience only and does not imply that we assume or accept any responsibility for their content or use. Furthermore, it is the User's responsibility to take the necessary precautions and ensure that whatever they decide to use is free of viruses, Trojan horses, or any other type of malicious software.
8. Bebebe is not liable to the User or to third parties for any costs, expenses, damages, or losses, regardless of their nature, resulting from:
i) Any inaccuracy, omission, error, insufficiency of data, or any information provided through this website and in communications sent by it,
ii) Delays or interruptions in the provision of data or any information provided through this website,
iii) Any decision made or action taken by the User or third parties based on the information provided through this website, even if it is incorrect or inaccurate. The User undertakes to reimburse Sublinhar, Lda for any amount spent by it as a result of a claim made in this regard by third parties.
The User may post original content on the website www.bybebe.pt, for example: comments, recommendations, reviews, or evaluations related to bybebé products or services. By doing so, you accept the following conditions:
1. Content published by the User must comply with Portuguese law and the rights of third parties. Content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, offensive, violent, sexually explicit, that incites hatred, harassment, or discrimination, or that violates copyright or intellectual property rights, is not permitted.
2. Content that is false, misleading, contains advertising, or seeks undue advantage is not permitted. It must be relevant to bybebé products and services and reflect your personal and honest experience.
3. The User grants bybebé a non-exclusive, free, unlimited, and irrevocable license to use the content published on the website for communication or other legitimate purposes, without prejudice to the author's moral rights.
4. bybebé encourages users to report any content they consider inappropriate, abusive, or illegal through our customer service or through the reporting functionality available on the website.
5. bybebé reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove, or refuse any content posted by users that does not comply with these conditions or that is considered inappropriate, abusive, or illegal.
1. Despite our efforts to ensure the reliability of the information provided, some products may have an incorrect price, which is why bybebé verifies prices whenever processing orders. If the actual price of the product is lower than the price advertised on the website, bybebé will refund the difference. If the actual price is higher than that displayed on the website, bybebé will inform the Customer of this situation by email and will await their decision to accept the new offer (paying the difference) or cancel the order within 15 days from the date of such notification to the Customer.
2. Prices indicated on the website are in Euros (€), including taxes and fees, taking into account VAT at the legal rate in effect on the date the order is completed.
3. Prices charged at www.bybebé.pt are exclusive to the bybebé online store and may differ from prices charged in bybebé's physical stores.
4. Any promotional discounts represent a commitment during the advertised period, subject to verification of accuracy during order processing, but always on the condition that the order is completed by the Registered User through the checkout process and that the respective payment is made by the end of the period indicated in the promotion and/or campaign. All promotional campaigns have a limited inventory and are exclusively for online sales.
5. Unless otherwise stated, in the case of deferred payments, such as by bank transfer, bybebé guarantees these discounts if it receives the respective payment within a maximum of 1 business day from the date of order completion.
6. Saving a product in the "shopping cart" does not guarantee the price or any discounts or campaigns that may apply to that or any other products.
1. Creating a bybebé account will improve your shopping experience and speed up your ordering process. As a registered user, you can change your personal information at any time by accessing your private area under "Customer Area." However, this change will not affect the information on orders already placed.
2. To place your first order, you must create a registered user account. To do so, simply fill out our short registration form. Please ensure your email address is correct so you can receive all emails related to your order and registration.
3. Once you've found the items you're interested in, simply select the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. The selected item will be added to the shopping cart, which automatically appears in the upper right corner. Here, you can also check the products associated with your shopping cart, continue browsing, and add more products or place an order.
4. To complete your order, please follow the instructions below:
i) Enter the name and CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) you wish to appear on the invoice for tax purposes.
ii) Select the billing address and shipping address (if different).
iii) Select the shipping method.
iv) Choose the payment method.
v) Review your order.
vi) Complete your order.
5. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
6. If you have any questions during the order process, please contact us using the form available in our online store.
7. Validation of the order completion implies that the Customer has read and expressly accepts these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale, available for consultation on the website www.bybebe.pt. The data recorded by bybebé constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between bybebé and the Customer.
8. Once a Customer completes a purchase, they will receive an automatic email that serves only as confirmation of receipt of their order, not confirmation of its acceptance. All orders placed are subject to acceptance or rejection by bybebé. We may decide not to accept an order for any reason, without the need for justification, and are not liable to the Customer or any third party under any circumstances.
9. After the order is registered, it will be verified and processed by the bybebé Team. Upon completion of the order by the Customer, a purchase and sale agreement is deemed concluded, subject to the resolutory condition (the unavailability of the product) between the Customer and bybebé. bybebé will confirm the availability or unavailability of the ordered product within a maximum period of 3 (three) business days from the date bybebé receives the Customer's order request. If the ordered product is unavailable, the resolutory condition is deemed to have been met, and all legal effects of the purchase and sale agreement immediately, automatically, and retroactively cease. Consequently, bybebé will refund the amount previously paid for the product using the same payment method used by the Customer or, if this is not possible (e.g., Multibanco), via bank transfer to an IBAN provided in writing by the Customer, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after the resolutory condition is met.
10. Order requests are valid for 15 (fifteen) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different period. Prices, discounts, promotions, campaigns, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment for the order is not received by bybebé within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned in the form of a voucher, which can be converted to a bank transfer or used for a new order.
11. When purchasing products sold in its online store, bybebé accepts the following payment methods:
i) Multibanco Reference
ii) Bank Transfer
iii) PayPal
iv) MB WAY
v) Debit and Credit Card
1. Mainland Portugal - Shipping is free for orders over €48 and costs €4.90 for orders below this amount.
2. Islands - For the Azores and Madeira Islands, shipping is free for orders over €128 and costs €19.90 for orders below this amount.
3. International Destinations - For international destinations, shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and number of packages. You must contact us using the form available in our online store to obtain a shipping quote.
4. Except for items that expressly indicate a different delivery time or items that are out of stock, delivery times are as follows:
a) Mainland Portugal - Delivery time is 24 to 48 hours on business days for payments made before 3:00 PM (excluding payments by bank transfer). Purchases paid for after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. For payments made by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after bank confirmation of the successful transfer (this confirmation usually occurs within 48 hours).
b) Islands - For the Azores Archipelago, delivery times typically vary between 8 and 16 business days. Deliveries to the Madeira Archipelago can take approximately 5 to 10 business days. These delivery times are merely indicative, as irregularities in connections to and between islands, beyond the control of bybebé and the shipping company, may compromise compliance with usual delivery standards. Shipments to the islands of Corvo and Flores, located in the Azores Archipelago, may experience an additional 12 business days in transit.
bybebé only ships on business days. Therefore, weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time. In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative. The estimated shipping time is added to the estimated shipping time, which depends on the order's destination.
6. Bybebé uses third-party shipping companies to ship orders.
7. No deliveries are made to PO boxes.
8. Bybebé only processes the shipment of an order placed by a Customer after confirmation of payment; therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of items until the aforementioned processing begins.
9. Availability is understood as the time required for the product to be ready for shipping. For orders of two or more products with different availability, the later date should always be considered.
10. The estimated shipping times, in business days, are shown on the product details (availability period). These times are merely indicative and based on past delivery history for these products.
11. bybebé will always strive to meet estimated delivery times, but if it anticipates difficulties in meeting delivery deadlines, the Customer will be notified.
12. If any ordered product is unavailable, and after due diligence with the respective supplier to replace the missing item, bybebé will contact the Customer in the event of any variation in the delivery time or price of the item, and the order will only proceed with the Customer's consent.
13. If the originally ordered product is found to be completely unavailable, bybebé may offer the Customer the supply of a product of equivalent price and quality, if available. In this situation, the order will only proceed with the Customer's consent.
14. If the ordered product is found to be completely unavailable and cannot be offered an equivalent product in terms of price and quality, or if the Customer has not given consent to modify the order initially placed, bybebé will refund the amounts paid by the Customer within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after notification of the cancellation.
15. To track an order in progress, the Customer must go to their online Customer area, created after registering their account, where they can check the status of their order or contact the bybebé Team using the form available on the website.
16. Upon delivery of the product to your home, it is important to carefully check the integrity of the packaging. You should indicate any anomalies detected on the carrier's Waybill (e.g., late delivery, damaged box, missing item). Then, contact us using the form available in our online store. If the packaging is in good condition but the product does not match the purchase, or if it is damaged inside, you must contact us within 48 hours.
1. Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 100/2009, to cancel a purchase, you simply need to communicate your decision unequivocally to us (returning the goods is not enough). You can do so by letter, telephone, or email. To do so, you can use the cancellation form template available on the Exchanges and Returns page.
2. The cooling-off period ends 14 (consecutive) days after the product's delivery date. If the end of the period does not fall on a business day, the period is extended until the next business day.
3. Any unused goods received must be returned within 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
4. Cancellations and/or refunds do not apply to the supply of goods produced or ordered according to the Customer's specifications or that are clearly personalized (in terms of design and/or printing, for example), or that cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or perish quickly. All products with a delivery time of 3 weeks or more fall under the above restriction.
5.1 Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete with all components, accessories, and instruction manual, and properly packaged in their original packaging, with no signs of actual use. For hygiene reasons, returns of breast pumps, breast shells, underwear, potty chairs, diapers, creams, food, etc. will not be accepted unless the Customer receives them defective.
6. Shipping costs for the return, replacement, or exchange of items are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In the event that products are returned due to a genuine imperfection or defect, the Customer will be fully reimbursed, including delivery costs incurred. We recommend sending the item registered or with a return receipt and taking out insurance with the carrier for the value of the products to protect against possible loss or damage. When it is not possible to return products by regular mail, bybebé may inform the consumer of the possibility and corresponding cost of collecting the item by courier and arrange such transportation, provided the return cost has been prepaid by the consumer.
7. To expedite the return processing, we ask that you, if possible, contact us by phone at Customer Service: 239 724 592 (calling from a national landline), or contact us using the form available in our online store. Items to be returned and/or exchanged must be sent to bybebé, indicating the order number and the customer's name, to the following address:

8. After receiving the items and verifying their perfect condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method the customer used in the initial transaction, subject to two exceptions:
i) Express agreement to the contrary by the customer, or, if preferred, a refund voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days, which can be used on a future purchase.
ii) If it is not possible to issue a refund using the same payment method (e.g., Multibanco transfer), the refund will be made via bank transfer to an IBAN provided in writing by the customer, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after the condition is met.
9. Consult the conditions for returning and/or exchanging products in Exchanges and Returns.
1. All products sold on www.bybebe.pt are covered by the Consumer Rights in the Purchase and Sale of Digital Goods, Content, and Services, approved by Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18th. The conformity of the purchased item is guaranteed for 3 years, counting from the date of delivery.
2. To benefit from the warranty on an item purchased in our online store, the Customer must contact the bybebé team using the available contact details described in point A, topic 2.
Presentation of the corresponding purchase invoice is mandatory.
3. The warranty conditions for each item may differ and depend on the guidelines applied by its manufacturer or supplier.
1. bybebé complies with current legislation regarding the security of the personal data of Registered Users and Customers, and uses this data only for order processing, product promotions, new services, and special discounts.
2. The Customer authorizes bybebé to automatically process the personal data provided at the time of ordering, specifically for the purposes necessary to create the contract with the Customer, manage, record, and execute orders, and control access, which includes the use of "cookie" technology. This information may also be accessed by bybebé's service providers and suppliers, including accounting, tax, and auditing firms.
3. For commercial reasons, bybebé may transfer the identity of the Customer's data to a partner, while respecting the legal processing of personal data.
4.1 In compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection law, the Customer may, at any time, exercise the right to access, rectify information, cancel, and communicate their data in person or in writing, using the form available in our online store.
5. When you visit the website www.bybebe.pt, a small text file ("cookie" or "connection token") is created and saved on your computer's hard drive. This file, by recognizing you, will allow for easier and faster access and a better online experience. We also collect technical information from your computer when you visit our website, such as IP (Internet Protocol), operating system, browser type, etc. We use this information to improve the quality of your browsing experience on our website. Most browsers automatically accept these files (cookies), but you can delete them or set them to be automatically blocked. The use of cookies can be blocked or limited through your browser settings (Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or others). However, doing so may prevent you from using some of the website's features.
6. When using the website, some cookies are not placed by bybebé directly, but by third parties. The companies that generate these cookies on the bybebé website have their own cookie and data protection policies. 8. Google Analytics places a permanent cookie on the user's browser to identify them as a unique user the next time they visit this website. We use the information received through Google Analytics to improve the services on this website and to implement remarketing for online advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may display our ads on websites across the Internet. 10. The term "bybebé Newsletter" refers to messages containing promotions, offers, and information sent to the email address provided by Registered Users to bybebé when they register on our website and/or consent to receive our Newsletter.
11. If you subscribe to our Newsletter on our website, you will receive information about our promotions and new releases via email. If you no longer wish to receive Newsletters, you can remove your address from our mailing list by clicking the link in the footer of each newsletter. If you are a Registered User, you can change your personal information at any time by accessing your private area.
